The concept of manifestation is very often associated with the law of attraction. It refers to a process by which you turn your personal desires, thoughts or intentions into reality. You focus on what you desire and align your mindset in a way it can manifest in your life through your beliefs, positive thoughts and specific actions. With practice, this mindset enables you to automatically channel your feelings, thoughts and actions into a positive, expectant attitude and to emphasize the positive facets of your character over time.
Special techniques for manifesting your desired wishes include affirmations, imaginations and visualizations; these techniques help you to consciously shape your own reality by integrating desired images into your mindset verbally or visually or by mentally training certain actions before actually performing them.
The magic of manifestation: we will always find what we are looking for, consciously or unconsciously. Through the process of selective attention, we permanently focus on things that correspond to our current emotional state, our wishes and our needs. This is how we attract what we are looking for; and find it in the end, for the better or the worse.
