Mental Health Monday – CW19: Let’s talk about collecting happiness!

Being grateful can allow us to get a new perspective on life on a daily basis. 
If you’re feeling good, collect as many beautiful moments as you like.
If you’re going through a rough patch, think about a “neutral” or the “least bad” moment of your day. 
If you don’t have a jar and don’t wanna spend money, you can also practise by saving those moments in your phone. Stick to the practice every day for a year and read through your notes at year’s end. Enjoy your own personal collection of happiness.
