Shortly before the booked appointment, you will receive a link to a secure virtual room where we can talk for 20 minutes for free. I'm offering psychological counselling and therapy as well as supervision and self-exploration via video call, audio call and chat. In special cases, voice notes, video messages and emails are also possible!
All you need is a device of your choice, e.g. smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC (with camera and microphone, depending on the format) and a stable internet connection.
The costs are currently €80 for 30 minutes, €120 for 50 minutes and €200 for 90 minutes. If you are in a financial pinch, please contact me to find a solution.
Yes, a partial refund of your costs is possible from your health insurance provider in Austria. I'm happy to support you with your application! If you have insurance in another country, please ask your provider about refund possibilities.
The protection of your data is top priority. Our online sessions take place in a secure virtual space and as a clinical psychologist I am legally bound to confidentiality. All your information will therefore be kept strictly confidential.
Yes, I'm offering appointments outside of traditional office hours - ideal for working professionals, parents and generally all people who have a busy everyday life.
Of course! If, for example, you are very busy and fixed appointments are difficult to integrate into your everyday life, we can choose asynchronous forms of communication. These can be voice notes, video messages or emails. As with fixed appointments, you will be billed for 30, 50 or 90 minutes, depending on your preference.
If you wish to cancel an appointment that has already been booked, please note the 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, I'm kindly asking you to understand that the fee will be fully charged.
